Ready-to-dispatch pieces are in stock and leave our studio within 1–2 working days. Pre-order pieces are made for you after you order, so each product shows its own estimated dispatch time. No advance payment is needed for pre-orders.
Yes. They are packed as separate parcels — ready pieces ship straight away and pre-order pieces ship when they are made. Delivery is charged per parcel and shown clearly at checkout.
Payment
Cash on delivery across Pakistan. Our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp to confirm the order before it is dispatched.
Delivery
Once dispatched, most cities receive their parcel within 3–5 working days. You can follow your order any time from the Track order page.
Sizing
Each stitched product has a size chart on its page. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size or message us on WhatsApp — we are happy to help.
Returns
Ready-to-dispatch pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unworn with tags attached. Custom and pre-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. See our Return & exchange policy for details.
